In Austin, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Elevated Autoworks at (512) 840-1223; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Austin is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Austin is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Brandon and his team are awesome! They took great care of my vehicle and kept me updated throughout the entire process. When an issue persisted after my initial visit, Brandon went above and beyond. He picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the issue, and dropped it back off for me. Amazing customer care, even provided coupons/a gift card to help make up for the inconvenience. Brandon was super nice, informative, and easy to work with. I really appreciate everything he did and would highly recommend Brandon and his team!

Brandon and his team at Elevated Auto Works are AWESOME!! I’ve brought my car here 3 different times for 3 different issues, and every single experience has been great. Brandon is so personable and kind, and it really feels like he and his team genuinely care about their customers. They’re always friendly, professional, and get the job done FAST. I’ve never had any issues with their work, and they always make the whole process easy. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and these guys have definitely earned mine. I’ll keep coming back and highly recommend Elevated Auto Works to anyone looking for a great, locally owned shop!

Can’t say enough good things about Elevated Auto Works. I brought in my 2020 Toyota Tundra to get a set of Bilstein 5100s installed before a big desert trip, and they knocked it out of the park. Their turn-around time was incredibly fast, and the pricing was more than fair. What really sets them apart is their 5-star customer service. They stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process to make sure the setup was exactly what I needed for the terrain. If you need quality suspension work done right, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! Update 6-29-26: Back again at Elevated Auto Works. I just had them install 3M ceramic window tint on my Toyota Tundra, and the experience was top-tier. The service was incredibly fast and professional, matching the great experience I've always had here. As for the tint itself—the performance of the ceramic is unbelievable. I can actually feel a massive difference immediately; the sun doesn't instantly burn me up anymore while driving. If you're looking for high-quality tint and excellent, efficient service, I can't recommend these guys enough. Incredibly satisfied!

This was the best experience I’ve had at an auto shop. I came in with the idea that my fuel injector was broken and gas was leaking. He told me it wasn’t and didn’t charge me just for looking. I ended up doing an oil change and it was well priced. Brandon and his staff are nice, genuine, and honest. They explained the issue I thought it was is a common misconception. They also have a free service for a pick up and drop off service. Great experience and my car will only be going here from now on.

Brandon is the man! Super cool guy and his team does great work! I had them install a radar detector, dashcam (front and rear), external battery and some RGB engine lights on my C8 Corvette. They were quick and everything was tucked away cleanly as if it was OEM. I'll be back soon to have them add some things on my truck.
